Your Role You will work closely with a team of engineers, finance domain experts to enhance the capabilities of language models in the financial domain to ensure accurate and insightful responses. The role involves designing and implementing prompt engineering techniques specific to financial markets domain to improve model behavior and generate high-quality financial insights. Specifically, you will be in charge of: 2a. Financial Prompt Engineering: design and develop prompts tailored to the U.S. financial markets. Create prompts, context settings, and build pipelines that enable the model to provide accurate and relevant financial information, e.g. stock market news, trends, analysis, investment strategy, opinion, insights, etc. 2b. Finance Domain Expertise: Acquire deep understanding of financial concepts. You will lead the team to incorporate the latest market information from myriads of sources into our database. 2c. Model Development: Collaborate with our software engineers to develop and refine language models for finance. This involves training, fine-tuning using language datasets with domain-specific knowledge. 2d. Model Optimization: Optimize model performance by fine-tuning model architectures, hyperparameters, and training. Address challenges unique to generating financial insight, such as handling financial data, interpreting earnings call, financial statements, Analyst research reports. 2e. Performance Evaluation / QA: Build comprehensive criteria and conduct evaluation of LLM pipeline models to assess performance metrics, e.g. accuracy, relevance, reliability, depth of output. 3.
